These policies keep every walk safe, predictable, and fair to every dog on the schedule, including yours.
Policies
Arrival and access
Walks happen using the access instructions from your intake form (key, lockbox, or smart lock code), agreed at your free meet and greet.
Weather
Walks go ahead in normal rain or cold with the right gear. In severe weather I'll text you to reschedule or shorten the walk.
Late cancellation and no-shows
Please give at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may carry a small fee so the time isn't lost for another dog.
Temperament disclosure
Please disclose any reactivity, leash pulling, resource guarding, or health issues at booking so I can plan the right walk.
When I may decline a walk
If a dog shows aggression toward people or other animals that puts safety at risk, I may need to pause or decline future walks and will discuss options with you directly.
