At Proteck'd EMF Apparel, we want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Exceptions

Final sale, custom, or personalized items cannot be returned.
