Who we are

This policy explains what Proteck'd EMF Apparel does with your personal information, and the choices you have. It applies to this store and the account you hold with it.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to run this store and serve you.

  • Your account — the name, email address, and password you sign up with, so you can sign in and see your history.
  • When you order — the items you order, your delivery and billing addresses, and your order history. We use this to take payment, fulfil your order, and handle returns or refunds.
  • When you book a table — reservation details: the name and phone number you book under, party size, and any dietary or access notes you choose to give us. We use this to hold your table and prepare for your visit.
  • When you book an appointment — your appointment times, the service you booked, and any notes you add to a booking. We use this to schedule your appointment and remind you about it.
  • When we service your vehicle — your vehicle details, the work authorised on it, and inspection notes and photos from the job. We use this to carry out and record the repair, and to give you a service history.
  • When you use your profile — your profile, who you follow, and the posts and comments you publish. We use this to run your account and show your content to other people here.
  • When you watch a live stream — the chat messages you send during a live stream and what you watched. We use this to run the live stream and moderate chat.
  • Payment details — your card is handled by our payment provider and never reaches our systems. We keep only the card brand, its last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded.
  • Messages you send us — support conversations, contact-form messages, and anything you attach to them.
  • Marketing choices — whether you asked to hear from us, and on which channels. We keep a record of when that changed so we can prove we had your permission.
  • Technical data — your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you viewed here, used to keep the site working, secure, and free of fraud.
  • Features we have added — AlphaZero AI Support, AlphaZero AI Phone, Analytics, Giveaways, Checkout Gifts, Loyalty & Referrals, Newsletter Signup, Recent Purchase Popup, Reviews, Social Channels, Wholesale Tiered Discount. Each is described in "Who we share it with" below.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the people who need it to run this store:

  • Payment processing — our payment provider processes your card and its own fraud checks. It acts as an independent controller for those checks.
  • The platform that runs this store — this store runs on software operated by AlphaZero Studios LLC, which hosts the application and database on our behalf, using Hetzner (EU (Germany)), Cloudflare (Global edge). They process your data only on our instructions. Their current list of subprocessors is published at /legal/dpa.
  • Delivery and fulfilment — couriers and fulfilment partners receive the name, address, and contact details needed to get your order to you.
  • AlphaZero AI Support — a feature installed on this store.
  • AlphaZero AI Phone — a feature installed on this store.
  • Analytics — a feature installed on this store.
  • Giveaways — a feature installed on this store.
  • Checkout Gifts — a feature installed on this store.
  • Loyalty & Referrals — a feature installed on this store.
  • Newsletter Signup — a feature installed on this store.
  • Recent Purchase Popup — a feature installed on this store.
  • Reviews — a feature installed on this store.
  • Social Channels — a feature installed on this store.
  • Wholesale Tiered Discount — a feature installed on this store.
  • Authorities and advisers — where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to make the site work — keeping you signed in, remembering what is in your basket, and protecting against fraud. These cannot be switched off.

Anything beyond that — analytics or advertising cookies — is only set with your consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

  • Order and payment records — kept for the tax and accounting period we are required to observe, with payment details stripped.
  • Your account — kept while your account is open. Delete it and we remove your profile, addresses, marketing consent, and active baskets.
  • Marketing consent records — kept for as long as we send you marketing, and for a period afterwards so we can show we had your permission.
  • Support conversations — kept while they are useful for supporting you, then deleted.

Your rights

Under US state consumer-privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to:

  • Know — ask what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
  • Delete — ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • Limit sensitive information — direct us to use sensitive personal information only for permitted purposes.
  • No retaliation — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising these rights.

How to use them. Most of this you can do yourself, right now, from your account:

  • Download everything we hold about you as a single file — Account → Privacy → Download my data.
  • Change or switch off marketing — Account → Notifications.
  • See what you have agreed to and when — Account → Privacy.
  • Delete your account — Account → Privacy → Delete my account.

Children's privacy

This store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we do with your data changes. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect — it is currently 2026-09-20. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
