Before you book
What should I have ready before booking?
Your dog's name, breed, temperament, access instructions for your home, and a current vaccination record to upload. The intake form asks for these when you book.
Which appointment do I need?
If this is your first time booking, start with the free meet and greet so we can meet before any money changes hands. After that, book a one-off walk or a prepaid pack depending on how often your dog needs exercise.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation with the appointment details. After every walk you get a photo and a short note so you know exactly how it went.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, up to 12 hours before the walk. Email proteckdservice@gmail.com for anything shorter notice so the slot can be released for another dog.
How appointments run
Walks happen at the time you booked, using the access instructions from your intake form. If I'm running more than a few minutes behind for any reason, you'll get a text.
The meet and greet carries no obligation. We'll go over your dog's routine, where things are kept, and how you'd like access handled, and you can decide afterwards whether to book a walk.
A current vaccination record is required before the first paid walk, for your dog's safety and every other dog I walk. Late cancellations inside the 12-hour window may carry a small no-show fee so the time isn't lost.
