Care policies

Please give at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a walk so the slot can go to another dog. Late cancellations and no-shows may carry a small fee.

A current vaccination record must be uploaded and reviewed before the first paid walk. This protects your dog and every other dog on my route.

We agree on access (key, lockbox, or smart lock code) at the free meet and greet. Keys are kept secure and used only for scheduled visits.

Walks go ahead in normal rain or cold with the right gear. In severe weather I will text you to reschedule or shorten the walk for your dog's safety.

Please disclose any reactivity, leash pulling, or health issues at booking. If a walk needs to end early for safety reasons, you'll be contacted immediately.

If I'm running behind for any reason, you'll get a text with an updated time.
